What is the delivery time?
Orders are typically delivered within 6–10 business days across India. However, delivery timelines may occasionally be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, including festive-season delays, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other disruptions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all Prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional fee of ₹150.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit (gift card), while exchanges are subject to availability. If damaged product received, for exchange or refund, unboxing video of the package is mandatory.

Are there any conditions for returns?
Items must be unused, with original tags intact. An unboxing video is required to claim any defect or damage.
