Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Returns are issued as store credit (gift card), while exchanges are subject to availability. If damaged product received, for exchange or refund, unboxing video of the package is mandatory.
Are there any conditions for returns?
Items must be unused, with original tags intact. An unboxing video is required to claim any defect or damage.
